Right of withdrawal for consumers

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

  • You must clearly inform Studio Longboard of your decision to withdraw (e.g. by email or letter).

  • You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is optional, not mandatory.

Refund After Withdrawal

  • Studio Longboard will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs.

  • Additional costs for special delivery options (e.g. express shipping) are not refunded beyond the standard rate.

  • The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

  • Studio Longboard may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Returning the Goods

  • You must return the goods within 14 days after declaring the withdrawal.

  • The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

  • You can test the product just like you would in a shop. If you use it more than that or wear it out, a value deduction may apply.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
  • on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items, or
  • on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
