The Superdupersonic brings together everything that\u2019s possible in speed, strength, and versatility.<\/p>\n Wheel Wells + Width Update<\/p>\n The Superdupersonic features precision-shaped wheel wells without sacrificing strength. The neck and tail have been widened to balance flex and durability. The result: more lean, less wheelbite, and more freedom in your setup. Light and medium flex options now match the heavy flex in width, giving every rider extra leverage when turning.<\/p>\n Reinforced Neck for Durability<\/p>\n Both the front and rear necks are thicker and stiffer, reinforcing the highest-stress zones of the board. Run softer bushings up front for better turn and pump response.<\/p>\n Rear Truck: The rear kingpin is closer to vertical, which gives you much more leverage over the bushings. Run harder bushings in the rear to keep the setup stable and responsive.<\/p>\n A good baseline for a 180 lb rider on a 50\u00b0\/40\u00b0 setup would be something like 81a front \/ 90a rear. \nChoosing Your Trucks
\nOne of the biggest decisions when buying a complete Superdupersonic is which trucks to run \u2014 Bear or Paris. The good news? You can\u2019t go wrong.<\/p>\n
\nThe biggest draw of the Bear setup is their 130 mm width, which perfectly matches the Supersonic\u2019s goal of ultra-efficient pushing and pumping. Slimmer trucks feel snappier when pumping, and you\u2019ll never worry about kicking a wheel. Bears also feature an insert bushing and a more restrictive bushing seat, which makes them extra stable at speed \u2014 perfect for straight-on pushing and long, fast miles.<\/p>\n
\nParis trucks have a more open, freer bushing seat and a flowier center feel. This makes them just a touch easier to pump right out of the box, with less resistance through the middle of the lean \u2014 a very playful, surfy ride feel.<\/p>\n
\nBears feel a little more locked-in for all-out pushing and pumping, while Paris feels a bit more playful and effortless at lower-speed pumping. Neither is better \u2014 just different flavors of awesome.<\/p>\n
\nBushings and washers dramatically affect how your trucks feel. Stock bushings aren\u2019t likely to be perfect for you, so we recommend planning to upgrade \u2014 whether you do it with us or through your local skate shop.<\/p>\n
\nWith 92 mm Karma wheels, both Bear 130 mm and Paris 150 mm setups will sit slightly narrower than the deck for a clean look \u2014 no overhang, no wheel kick.<\/p>\n
